How can we ensure our relationships remain healthy over the long term?

Gain control of your life and find the balance you need to succeed!

Our seven-step model

The Relational Wellness Protocol (RWP) outlines a seven-step model for growing healthy relationships according to God’s Word. These steps include:

Confrontation

If your brother or sister sins, go and point out their fault, just between the two of you. If they listen to you, you have won them over.
(Mattew 18:15)

Confession

Whoever conceals their sins does not prosper, but the one who confesses and renounces them finds mercy.
(Proverbs 28:13)

Repentance

Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. And you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.
(Acts 2:38)

Restitution

Zacchaeus stood up and said to the Lord, “Look, Lord! Here and now I give half of my possessions to the poor, and if I have cheated anybody out of anything, I will pay back four times the amount."
(Luke 19:8-9)

Forgiveness

If your brother or sister sins against you, rebuke them; and if they repent, forgive them.
(Luke 7:3)

Reconciliation

Therefore, if you are offering your gift at the altar and there remember that your brother or sister has something against you, leave your gift there in front of the altar. First go and be reconciled to them; then come and offer your gift.
(Matthew 5:23-24)

Restoration

Brothers and sisters, if someone is caught in a sin, you who live by the Spirit should restore that person gently. But watch yourselves, or you also may be tempted.
(Galatians 6:1)
